SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Currently we only ship to Cities/Countries listed in Shipping Rates Table by Courier or Regular Post. For other cities or countries, please do contact us. We are obliged to make you happy.
Note : We will ship your items immediately after we received your payment. Items are held for 3 working days only after ordering.If you make payment confirmation before 12 pm ( 12 noon ) your item will be sent to the courier office on the sama day and you get to receive it  and be happy much sooner... ^_^
 

Rush/Urgent Delivery
We use Tiki JNE to deliver all your items. Therefore, how many days it takes for your items to reach you is completely not in our ability to control. Should you need your items urgently, please order minimal a week before your urgent date.For Jakarta Area, minimum of 3 days should be sufficient.
                                                                                                         

GIFT WRAPPING SERVICE

REFUND
Refund can only be made within 7 days after your item arrived. We are not responsible on goods damaged during shipping. We cannot change the clothing item if you had bought the wrong size.However, we check every items before sending them to you, we will inform you immediately if in the case that the item is last one and damage.Therefore it is very important to give us your contact / phone number.
 

ITEMS RESERVATION
Some limited edition items or very popular ones in Japan needs to be reserved.  We don't like this too, but in Japan, limited edition items are very fast selling. Our suppliers are doing their best to get it as most cosmetic items are only meant to be sold to JAPANESE MARKET ONLY. You will have to put your name to be included in the Waiting List in order to be the first lucky batch to get it. A deposit of a certain amount may  also be required.

Our items comes in limited quantities, some items may be available to be re-ordered. Should you find any items you would love to buy and it is in Sold Out status, please contact us. We will try our best to get it for you.
